This profile will first allow you to have access to the training games and to the free tournaments organized on Spootnic on a regular basis.

You can also deposit Cash or Stars on this account in order to participate to all of the other tournaments.

No. the subscription on Spootnic is free, and enables you to play all of our games, without any exceptions.

You only have to pay if you decide to play the paying tournaments, whether they are Cash or Stars, which let you play against real players.

Yes and no. Playing the training games and the free tournaments does not imply that you have to make a deposit on your account. However, if you are willing to participate to the paying tournaments, you are going to have to make a Cash and/or Stars deposit on your account. To do that, please refer to the "My account" section, and see the question "How to make a deposit on my account".

Spootnic games are mainly skill games: cards, reflection, puzzles...there is no chance factor in those games, but you are going to need speed and a good training to improve your game and your scores. All of our games are thought and conceived by our charming tiny team, only for the Spootnic members.

There are different types of tournaments on Spootnic: the free tournaments, the Cash tournaments, the Stars tournaments and the Gift tournaments. In those games, you can choose to bet either in cash or in Stars. Also, you can win Gifts, Cash, or Stars.

You choose for each game your type of tournament: 2 players, 3 players, 5 players and so on...

Your opponents on Spootnic are all other real players. Moreover, so you can have the true possibility of beating them like they deserve it, we always select adversaries of your own level for each game.

The fact that there is no chance on Spootnic is at the same time our founding principle and the main reason why we've been legal forever. Our wish is that our players have the opportunity to win thanks to their ability and their talent rather than thanks to chance or luck.

That is why, on Spootnic, 100% of the winners don't need luck.

A progressive tournament is a tournament which prize is not fixed in advance. The more participants there are, the higher the prize is. Everything you need to keep the suspense until the very end!

Each Spootnic game offers several types of tournaments: different number of players, different prizes, etc...however, all tournaments exist in Cash or Stars, it is to say that you choose how you want to win: in Cash (real money) or in Stars (Spootnic money).

The winner of a Spootnic tournament is the one who finished the game the quickest and in the best way. Don't accuse chance or luck for your loss (or your victory), as none of these two elements exist on Spootnic. In a tournament, every participant has the same cards or grid distribution than the others. Only speed and training can get you to victory on Spootnic.

You don't have to! When you win a tournament on Spootnic, your victory appears directly on your tournament history, confirmed by our intern e-mail service, and your prize is automatically transferred to your Spootnic account.

For each game, you obtain gradually a certain game level, from 1 to 10. Those levels allow you to evaluate your own progresses, but also to play against opponents who are of your own level. This way, every game is as fair as possible, as we like them on Spootnic.

The history of your tournaments can be found in the section "My tournaments". From there, you have access to the history of both your Cash and Stars tournaments, whether they are opened or closed.

Thus, you can see in a glance of an eye the games you won...and the others.

If the game doesn't load properly, if you did not get the chance to start the game, you will be automatically refunded for your entry fees. In all the other cases, we are unable to check where the problem comes from. You will have to contact the support service to explain your case in order to be refunded.

At the end of a game, you have the possibility of clicking on "Play again", or "New tournament". If you realize that you're playing the same game over again, it means you clicked on "Play again" instead of launching a brand new tournament.

You have several ways of making deposits on your Spootnic account.

To make a Cash deposit, you can use your Paypal account, or process with your Bank card.

To make a Star deposit, use Allopass or your Bank card in every country, or, according to your country of residency, using a phone or text messaging.

Definitely. To make a Cash deposit on our website, you use the Paypal system, European leader of the virtual micro-payment. Also, your Stars orders are treated by the Allopass system, French leader. Moreover, we don't have access to your Bank information, and consequently, to your money.

You can withdraw your gains once you collected 20 euros or more. In order to do that, go to the "My account section", and click on "withdraw my earnings". Then choose your withdrawal mode: Paypal or visa, and your money will be transferred to your chosen bank account.

Yes it is possible to trade Stars for Cash starting from 750 stars. To do that, go to "My account" section, and click on "Exchange my stars".

The prizes on Spootnic are calculated differently according to the type of tournament. In every case, at least a player out of three wins a prize. Plus, the player who wins the less always wins more that what he bet.

For most of the tournaments, earnings are fixed in advance (Jackpot tournaments), or constituted by the sum of all the players' bets (Progressive tournaments). We allocate ourselves roughly 20% of all the bets to sustain the website's functioning costs.

If your account is blocked, it is probably because we detected the use of several Cash players' accounts on your computer, which is forbidden. If it is not the case, please contact our support service.

To modify your email address in your Spootnic account, go to "My account" section, and then click on "modify my email address".

To unsubscribe your Spootnic account (what a strange idea!), go to the "My account" section, then click on "unsubscribe" at the left on your screen.
